Senior Full Stack Developer (Founding Engineer) – Distant (Switzerland-based firm)

We’re in search of a Senior Full Stack Developer to take full possession of Casae’s Property Administration System (PMS): the operational spine of our platform. What you’ll do

• Design and implement Casae’s PMS structure, database schema, and API ecosystem.

• Construct and keep clear, modular code throughout the complete stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Supabase).

• Combine the PMS with Conduit (our AI-powered communication layer) and exterior APIs (funds, e-signatures, doc storage).

• Implement role-based entry management, safe knowledge dealing with, and compliance with GDPR/revDSG.

• Collaborate carefully with product and design to translate real-world property workflows into dependable digital techniques.

• Contribute to long-term technical selections and staff development.

Who you’re

• A self-starter and motivated builder who thrives in early-stage environments.

• A transparent communicator capable of collaborate carefully with non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years {of professional} expertise in full-stack or back-end engineering, ideally in a fast-moving start-up.

• Sturdy grasp of software program structure patterns, API design (REST/GraphQL), and database normalisation.
