Job Description:
Lifecycle & Subscription Progress Supervisor (Full-time, distant)
Personal retention, upsells, LTV, and buyer onboarding and portal tech.
Function Abstract

DRI for subscription progress: scale back churn and growing ARPU/LTV.

Prereqs & Abilities

3–5+ years in DTC subscription lifecycle/CRM (Klaviyo/SMS, subscription apps- we use Recharge).

Fluent in cohort evaluation, churn math, and supply testing.

Writes clear briefs/copy/wireframes; manages freelancers for heavy dev/UX.

Can handle gentle dev/UX/APIs as wanted.

Compensation

Base: $50–60K.
